Balanga City administrator succumbs to COVID-19
BALANGA CITY, Bataan-The city administrator of this capital city of Bataan died on Friday afternoon in a hospital in Pampanga, local officials said.
Rudy de Mesa was reportedly listed as a person under investigation for the coronavirus disease or COVID-19, according to Hermosa Mayor Jopet Inton who relayed the news to reporters here.
It was not immediately known how De Mesa acquired the virus.
