Mayor Lim walks with ‘Nazarene’ devotees

MANILA, Philippines – Manila City Mayor Alfredo Lim was seen with body guards walking among the mass of people along Padre Burgos Avenue intersecting Roxas Boulevard waiting for the Black Nazarene to pass.

Lim was wearing a maroon shirt, the color used by devotees attending the procession.
