Test results are taking time to be known, contrary to a Facebook post on the account “Jun-Andeng Ynares”. The page has since been taken down.

The original post had said Rebecca tested positive and was placed in isolation.

It had said the governor might have contracted the killer disease in the performance of her duties which brought her face-to-face with her constituents.

It said the governor didn’t stop visiting her constituents because it was part of her job.

In a phone interview, Jun said the post had been readied should tests on the Ynares couple turn out positive but was prematurely uploaded by mistake by the page administrator.

Jun said his parents are good condition but chose to go on quarantine in consideration of their age and vulnerability to the disease. COVID-19 has been found to be deadlier among the elderly and those with pre-existing health conditions like heart disease, diabetes and others.
