Five teams share lead in Sinulog Chess tilt

THE UNIVERSITY of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Alumni, The University of the Visayas (UV), Southern Man Shirts, FR-19 Chess Team of Minglanilla and Colonnade Chess Center wood pushers put up an impressive performance in the ongoing 2012 Sinulog Chess Team Tournament yesterday at the SM City Cebu event center.

This after all of the five managed to score 11.5  points to share the lead after five rounds.

The Rose Pharmacy Inc. Team B managed 11 points followed by the young players of the University of San Carlos-Basic Education Department (USC-BED) with 10.5.
