Western Visayas PNP list: 249 curfew violators arrested

ILOILO CITY—The Western Visayas office of the Philippine National Police (PNP) listed 249 curfew violators in the region from March 22 to March 24.

Three were arrested for violating the ban on mass gatherings, 41 for social distancing violation and 14 for just leaving their homes.

Border guards denied ingress and egress to 209 persons.

Lt. Col. Joem Malong, Western Visayas police spokesperson, said the violators were directed to go home.
