Military reserve force should help in quarantine–Pangilinan
The Philippine Army Reserve Force should be called to duty while Luzon is under quarantine, so that its expertise could help in the government’s efforts to contain the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Sen. Francis Pangilinan said on Thursday.
“Their standing in their fields will enable them to mobilize existing networks that can provide logistical support for the emergency response,” Pangilinan said in a statement. —Leila B. Salaverria
