The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has extended the validity of licenses and certificates issued to pilots and other airmen that expired on or after March 15, the start of the monthlong enhanced community quarantine to contain the spread of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
The CAAP said it has also temporarily suspended applications for the initial issuance and/or renewal of licenses and certificates, but added that pending applications would be processed accordingly. —Jerome Aning
