MANILA, Philippines — A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted Davao Occidental on Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported.
The quake hit 384 kilometers (kms) southeast of Sarangani, Davao Occidental at 11:13 a.m.
The tectonic tremor, which was 117-km deep, registered an Instrumental Intensity I over Alabel, Sarangani.
Phivolcs warned that aftershocks may occur but no damage can be expected.
