Fire guts building in Camarines Norte

LEGAZPI CITY –– A fire razed a commercial building in Daet, Camarines Norte on Monday night.

Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, said a one-hour fire of still undetermined origin, destroyed the Building Operations Transfer at J. Lucban St., Barangay VI.

The fire that reached the fourth alarm, began at 7:05 p.m. and was declared under control at 8:07 p.m.

Fire investigators were still determining the cause of the fire and the damages./lzb
