WATCH: Police activate checkpoints at QC-San Mateo boundary
MANILA, Philippines — Police started their checkpoint operations at the on San Mateo Road at the boundary of Quezon City and San Mateo town in Rizal as the lockdown of Metro Manila started at midnight of Sunday, March 15, 2020.
