4.6-magnitude quake jolts Pangasinan

BAGUIO CITY-A 4.6-magnitude earthquake shook Pangasinan province on Saturday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).

In its earthquake bulletin, Phivolcs said the earthquake struck 5 kilometers northeast of Bani town at 8:13 a.m.

The earthquake was of tectonic origin and had a depth of 25 km.

Intensity 3 was felt in City of Alaminos, also in Pangasinan. The quake was also felt in this city.

Phivolcs said there were no expected damages or aftershocks. Inquirer Northern Luzon
