CITY OF SAN FERNANDO—Pampanga’s first coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) case is a driver of ride-hailing company Grab, who had serviced routes in Clark Freeport and Pampanga.
Gov. Dennis Pineda on Friday (March 13) labeled the patient Pampanga 1 at a press conference.
The governor said the patient has been confined at a hospital in Metro Manila.
Staff of the provincial government was directed to fetch the patient’s wife and two children and bring them to the Jose B. Lingad Memorial Hospital here for monitoring.
