The cultural heritage of T’boli town in South Cotabato province is celebrated in a series of activities.
“Seslong” is a T’boli term for “a gathering of people to trade goods or celebrate a sociocultural heritage.”
March 12-18: Kapaw Festival
Basay town, the fishing capital of Negros Oriental province, showcases its abundant fish harvest and highlights the importance of marine conservation.
Activities include float contest, “sugba” festival, disco night, talent night and civic parade.
