SWS: Net satisfaction ratings of Robredo, Sotto, Cayetano rise
MANILA, Philipines — The net satisfaction rating of Vice President Leni Robredo, Senate President Vicente “Tito” Sotto III and House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano increased further during the last quarter of 2019, according to the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey released Tuesday.
The latest survey showed that 56 percent of adult Filipinos were satisfied with Robredo’s performance, while 23 percent said they were dissatisfied, giving Robredo earning a +36 net satisfaction rating, deemed as “good.”
This was a three-point increase from Robredo’s October 2019 net satisfaction rating of +33.
Meanwhile, Sotto earned a +62 net satisfaction rating (correctly rounded) deemed as “very good,” as 73 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with his performance as Senate president, while 10 percent said they were dissatisfied.
Sotto’s net satisfaction rating also rose by one point from the previously recorded +61 in October 2019.
Sixty-seven percent of Filipinos said that they were satisfied with Cayetano’s performance, while 15 percent that they were dissatisfied.

The latest SWS survey also showed that 40 percent were satisfied with Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta’s performance, while 19 percent said they were dissatisfied.
This earned the Chief Justice, who assumed the post in October 2019, a “moderate” net satisfaction rating at +21.
The survey was conducted from Dec. 13 to 19 using face-to-face interviews of 1,200 adults (18 years old and above) nationwide, with sampling error margins of ±3% for national percentages.
