Artists hold fundraising for Pete Lacaba on March 7

Singers Noel Cabangon, Cookie Chua and actor Ricky Davao will be among the performers in “Kape’t Ka Pete,” a song & poetry program that aims to raise funds for the medicinal needs and other expenses of poet/editor/screenwriter/songwriter and former journalist Jose F. “Pete” Lacaba.

Other performers are singers Hazel Faith and Skarlet Brown, poets Gemino Abad, Butch Dalisay, Krip Yuson, Vim Nadera, Michael Coroza and Marne Kilates, and fictionist Charlson Ong, among others.

To be held on March 7 from 6 p.m. onward, the fundraiser will be at Kamuning Bakery Cafe, 43 Judge Jimenez St. corner K-1st St. in Barangay Kamuning, Quezon City.
