/ 04:35 AM February 22, 2020

A man who allegedly posed as a commissioned officer of the Philippine National Police was arrested on Tuesday by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

After he was accosted in Parañaque City, Jay-Ar Fortuno Lim introduced himself as an officer of the PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

He also yielded a gun, despite not having a permit to carry, and an identification card that stated his rank (police senior inspector).
