CITY OF MEYCAUAYAN–Public Works Secretary Mark Villar on Friday (Feb. 21) led the opening of the Malabon Exit of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Harbor Link C3-R10, which will reduce travel time from NLEx to Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas and Valenzuela (Camanava) cities to just 10 minutes.

The Malabon Exit along the Dagat-Dagatan Avenue is part of the 2.6-km elevated NLEx Harbor Link C3-R10 section between the new Caloocan Interchange on C3 Road in Caloocan City and Radial Road 10 in Navotas City.
