Drug surrenderer caught selling ‘shabu’ in Albay

LEGAZPI CITY –– An illegal drug personality, who surrendered to the police before, was arrested on Wednesday night while selling suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) in a coastal village here, a police report said Thursday.

Captain Dexter Panganiban, Albay police spokesperson, said in the report that they arrested Brando Guades, 42, a construction worker of Barangay Peñaranda.

The police caught Guades selling a sachet of shabu during a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Rawis at 7:45 p.m.
