Fisherman attacks 3 minors, is shot dead in Masbate

LEGAZPI CITY –– A man, who attacked and wounded three minors, was shot and killed by an unidentified man in Baleno town, Masbate on Tuesday morning.

Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol police spokesperson, said a villager reported to the police that fisherman Henry Bello, 48, said to be suffering from a mental illness, allegedly hacked three minors in Barangay Lipata.

Responding policemen, while approaching the place of incident, heard a gunshot and later found the dead body of Bello on the ground around 9:30 a.m.
