Feb. 16 to 21: Caragan Festival

A monthlong festival in Mabalacat City, Pampanga province, recognizing the hard work of farmers and their contribution to the economy of the city.

There will be farmers’ day, women power day, job fair, art exhibit and food festival.

Feb. 16 to Mar. 1: Paraw Regatta Festival

The province of Iloilo celebrates its annual boat-sailing festival with the theme, “Ilonggo Sailing Tradition to the Next Level.”

Among the activities are main sailing race, sail painting contest, photo exhibit and beauty pageant.

Feb. 21 to 25: Boling-Boling Festival

A religious tradition in Catanauan in Quezon province held days before Ash Wednesday, which falls on Feb. 26 this year. Activities include trade and agri fair, concert, zumba event, streetdance competition and holy Mass.
