The Bureau of Immigration has arrested three South Koreans and eight Japanese fugitives in separate operations.
The eight suspects were allegedly engaged in voice phishing, telecom fraud and extortion.
The South Koreans were wanted in their country for large scale fraud and embezzlement. —Tina G. Santos
