ONE of Cebu’s top junior netters, Arthur Craig “Igi” Diaz Pantino is on track of capturing his first title of the year as he barges into the semifinal and quarterfinal rounds in the age-group categories of the 23rd Andrada Cup in Manila .
The top seed in the 12-and-under category advanced to the Final 4 after slaughtering Gabriel Tiamson, 6-1, 6-1, in their quarterfinals match.
He will meet Raphael Teng today in the semifinal round to get closer to his first title of the year.
In the 14-under where Pantino is seeded third, the University of San Carlos-South Campus student arranged a quarterfinal bout against Arwin Ayyalon Lumaban after he dismissed Jacob Co, 6-0, 6-1, in the second round.
