Tuesday weather forecast: Light rains, cloudy skies nationwide

MANILA, Philippines — Most parts of the country will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon or “amihan”, the state weather bureau said Tuesday.

In its 4 a.m. live weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that cloudy skies with light rains are expected over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol region, Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeast monsoon, Pagasa added.

No weather disturbance is expected to enter the country within the next three to five days, weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said in the Pagasa live weather update.
