Feb.9: Kali-Kalihan Festival

The town of Don Salvador Benedicto, Negros Occidental province, features the martial art of “kali,” also known as “arnis,”which has become the town’s cultural heritage. The town also celebrates its 37th founding anniversary.

Feb. 9 to 14: Utanon Festival

A thanksgiving festival through dance and music in Dalaguete town, Cebu province. Known as the vegetable basket of Cebu, Dalaguete also honors its patron saint, San Guillermo, for a bountiful harvest in the past year.
