ZAMBOANGA CITY – Armed men abducted a physician in Jolo, Sulu Tuesday evening.
Major Arvin John Encinas, spokesperson of the Armed Forces of the Philippines – Western Mindanao Command, identified the victim as Dr. Daniel Moreno, a Jolo resident.
Investigation showed that at around 7:15 p.m., armed men wearing police and military uniforms stormed Moreno’s clinic in Barangay Walled City and forcibly took him with them, Encinas said.
The suspects along with the victim boarded a red Tamaraw FX, Encinas added.
