LEGAZPI CITY —  Anti-narcotics operatives arrested on Wednesday night a “high-value target” drug pusher in a police drug sting in Polangui town in Albay province.

Michael Matriz, 31, resident of Barangay (village) Alnay, was caught selling suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) to an undercover police operative in a drug buy-bust at around 11:20 p.m., Police Capt. Dexter Panganiban, Albay police spokesperson, said.

The suspect yielded 18 sachets of suspected shabu.

Panganiban said the suspect was among the top 10 illegal drug personalities in Albay.
