Body parts found in suitcase in Bulacan

CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE –– The body parts of an unidentified man were found inside a suitcase concealed in a pile of trash at the Quirino Highway here on Saturday (Jan. 25).

City waste managers found the suitcase when they were loading the garbage truck in Barangay San Manuel here around 5:30 a.m.

The San Jose Del Monte Police Office has reached out to their counterparts in Marikina City, where a suitcase containing body parts was recovered earlier.

Police forensic investigators are examining the body parts and are checking if these remains are connected to the Marikina case./lzb
