Seized from the boy were three grams of marijuana, police said.

Police also confiscated a motorcycle with no license plates, which was allegedly being used by the boy in his drug pushing activities.

According to a police intelligence report, most users of shabu (crystal meth) have shifted to marijuana due to scarcity of meth supplies in the province as most shabu peddlers have already been arrested or have already surrendered to the authorities.
