A LOCAL football tournament will finally get national television coverage as AKTV  agreed with organizers of the 2nd Sinulog Football Cup to air the games that start this weekend in the two venues in the cities of Cebu and Mandaue.

Tournament manager Francis Ramirez said that the national television network has agreed to become their TV partner and will cover all matches of the football festival, which will be held at the University of San Carlos Technological Center  and San Roque football field.

Ramirez said the partnership might be the start for other football matches to get national television coverage.
