PITX waives overnight parking amid Taal ashfall
MANILA, Philippines — The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITx) on Sunday night waived its overnight parking following Taal Volcano’s phreatic eruption, which has brought ashfall reaching Metro Manila.
PITX said overnight parking would be free until Monday, 6 a.m.
“Friends, bukas ang PITX 24/7 para sa lahat lalo na sa mga naabutan na ng ashfall sa daan,” the terminal said in an advisory.
(Friends, PITX is open 24/7 for everyone especially those who were caught by the ash fall while on the road.)
Free water and wifi connection are also offered at the terminal, PITX said.
