MANILA, Philippines- President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday renewed his wish for daughter Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio not to run in 2022 as he lamented the presidency.

Pag presidente, baka mainsulto kayo,” Duterte said in his speech during his visit to Cotabato.

(If someone pushes you, don’t make a mistake. That’s why I don’t want Inday [Sara Duterte] to run. Don’t push my daughter to run because I will pity her. She’s my daughter. If you become a President, you will be insulted.)
