‘Shabu’ worth P700k seized in Cavite
SAN PEDRO CITY –– Police recovered more than P700,000 worth of suspected shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Imus City, Cavite, early Tuesday.
Police arrested the alleged drug pusher identified as Kobe Andrei Rivera.
Cavite police chief Col. Marlon Santos, in a text message, said authorities carried out the sting operation around 3 a.m. in Barangay Malagasang 1-B.
Rivera allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to undercover policemen.
Upon his arrest, police found two more packs of illegal drugs that weighed a total of 103.06 grams.
Rivera was detained at the city police station to face charges for an illegal drug sale.
