MANILA, Philippines — A total of 62 fireworks-related injuries have so far been recorded a day ahead of the New Year, the Department of Health (DOH) said Tuesday.

The number of cases recorded from December 21 to December 31, 2019 is two cases higher compared to 2018, but 63 percent lower from the five-year average, DOH said.
