Rasul, the subject of the 2 a.m. buy-bust operation in his village, was listed as a police “high-value target” for illegal drugs.
The police also arrested Rasul’s companion, Taratingan Ala, 63, who was a watchman in the same village.
He said Rasul sold the police a sachet of suspected shabu, but authorities found on him five more packs of the suspected drugs. The total shabu recovered was 500 grams worth P3.4 million.
