MANILA, Philippines — Fire struck a residential area in San Andres Bukid, Manila on Christmas Day.
The Bureau of Fire Protection – National Capital Region said the fire along Estrada Street reached second alarm as of 1:01 p.m.
It was declared under control at 1:59 p.m. and fully extinguished at 2:42p.m.
