MANILA, Philippines — More than 86,000 passengers trooped to various seaports nationwide four days before Christmas Day, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported Saturday.
Data released by PCG showed a total of 86,239 outbound passengers monitored in various seaports from 6:01 a.m. to 12:00 noon of December 21.
The bulk of the passengers were reported in Central and Western Visayas, which has 18, 696 and 15,509 passengers, respectively.
