4.3 quake jolts Mindanao

MANILA, Philippines–A 4.3 magnitude earthquake shook Mindanao at 3:54 a.m. Tuesday, two days after a powerful earthquake left at least five people dead in the region.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injury  from the quake that centered eight kilometers southeast of Kiblawan in Davao del Sur. It struck at a shallow depth of 13 kilometers.

It was felt at Intensity II in Alabel, Sarangani and Tupi, South Cotabato. Intensity I was felt in General Santos City and Koronadal City.

On Sunday, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake shook Mindanao, leaving at least five people dead and scores injured.
