MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies and light rain showers will prevail nationwide on Wednesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
The northeast monsoon (amihan) is currently affecting Luzon, according to Pasgasa’s 4 a.m. bulletin.
Specifically, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, said Pagasa.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms will prevail in Visayas and Mindanao.
Pagasa said it is not expecting a low-pressure area to form inside the Philippine area of responsibility in the next two to three days.
