MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has recorded 20 incidents related to the 30th Southeast Asian Games from November 25 until December 8.
NCRPO acting director Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas said in a press briefing Tuesday that among the incidents recorded by the police was a robbery recorded in Manila. He said the suspects have been arrested.
The Southern Police District recorded a case of alleged missing cash now being investigated, eight solved traffic incidents, and violation of the the anti-scalping ordinance of Pasay City.
Two traffic incidents were also recorded in Quezon City.
A case for violation of the Consumer Act of the Philippines against a person who sold overpriced tickets for a volleyball match was reported by the Eastern Police District. Five traffic incidents were recorded.
The 30th SEA Games will officially close on December 11.
