LUCENA CITY –– The Quezon provincial council has declared a state of calamity in the province following the onslaught of Typhoon “Tisoy” (international name: Kammuri) that reportedly left three persons dead and millions of pesos worth of crops and properties destroyed.

On Wednesday afternoon Vice Governor Sam Nantes posted the declaration on his Facebook page.
