Did You Know: 2% of deaths in PH due to transport accidents
The latest data from the Philippine Statistics Authority showed that on average, 2 percent of the total registered deaths every year from 2006 to 2017 were due to land transport accidents.
In 2017, the months with the highest number of deaths due to land transport accidents were December with 1,132 accidents, October with 1,062 accidents, and April with 989 accidents. –Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
