MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday announced that its office in ASEANA Business Park and all consular offices in Metro Manila will be closed starting 12 noon of December 6, Friday.
DFA said the half-day operation of its consular offices is meant to give way for the scheduled training of its officers and staff.
Those who have confirmed appointments on December 6 are requested to come before 11:30 a.m.
“Meanwhile, those who will be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of afternoon operations will be accommodated on any working day until 06 January 2020 during regular office hours,” DFA said in its advisory.
