More than 2,000 still stranded in Sorsogon, Masbate ports

LEGAZPI CITY –– Over 2,000 passengers remained stranded in the ports of Sorsogon and Masbate provinces on Tuesday morning, the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in Bicol said.

Sea vessels were not yet allowed to sail as Typhoon Signal Number 2 remained hoisted over the Bicol provinces.

Classes in all levels have remained suspended and would resume when the weather improves in the six Bicol provinces, the OCD report said./lzb
