Typhoon Kammuri, with local name Tisoy, enters PAR

MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Kammuri, locally named Tisoy, has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the state weather bureau said Saturday.

Good PM. FYI, at 4PM today(30Nov2019), TY KAMMURI has entered PAR and was named TY "TISOY". We will issue initial severe weather bulletin at 5PM today. Thank you..DOST-PAGASA

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Tisoy entered the PAR at 4 p.m.
