MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon, more popularly known as Hanging Amihan, is expected to bring light rain showers over parts of Luzon on Monday evening.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Amihan is affecting Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Metro Manila, and other parts of Luzon.
Meanwhile, the tail-end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with scattered light to moderate rains over Bicol region, Aurora, and Quezon.
However, Pagasa said no weather disturbance is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the next one to two days.
Gale warning is raised over Batanes, northern coast of Cagayan, Babuyan Islands, and Ilocos Norte.
