Jones Bridge to be closed on Sunday afternoon, Nov 24
MANILA, Philippines — The Jones Bridge will be closed to motorists on Sunday afternoon, November 24.
In an advisory, the Manila Public Information Office said the bridge will be closed starting 3 p.m.
Those taking the northbound lane to Divisoria are advised to take McArthur Bridge to Sta. Cruz Church, U-turn to Plaza Sta. Cruz, straight to Dasmarinas Street, turn right to Quintin Paredes Street and arrive in Divisoria.
Meanwhile, those taking the southbound lane to Taft Avenue, P. Burgos, and Roxas Boulevard are advised to take Juan Luna Street, turn to Muelle Dela Industria, go to Sta. Cruz area, and straight to their destination.
The Manila PIO said the closure may take effect until 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
