Ormoc City better prepared for disaster–authorities

MANILA, Philippines — There are no casualties in Ormoc City, Leyte despite the floods caused by two-days of rain because the people, through their local government, now know what to do, said Pedro Dominic Eamiguel, head of the Ormoc City Rescue team, and Councilor Jose Alfaro in exclusive interviews with Radyo Inquirer 990AM Thursday.
