TAGBILARAN CITY – A man was killed after he was hit by lightning in Valencia town, Bohol province on Sunday, Nov 17, yet.
Alvin Salise, 27, and a resident of Barangay Magsayay, Valencia town went fishing in Barangay Cutcutan when lightning struck at 10:45 a.m.
MSgt Jay Ydulzura, desk officer of the Valencia Police Station, said Salise died on the spot.
Local rescuers and personnel from the municipal health office went to the area to check./Edited by TSB
