Sandiganbayan convicts Negros Oriental exec of graft

The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division has found Negros Oriental provincial administrator Richard Rafal Enojo guilty of graft, for using his power and position to induce elements of the Philippine National Police to summon private individuals in order to settle a land dispute. He was sentenced to eight years in prison and was perpetually barred from holding public office.—PATRICIA DENISE M. CHIU
