MANILA, Philippines — Several local government units announced the suspension of classes on Thursday, November 14, due to rains brought about by Tropical Storm Ramon.

Calabarzon

Calauag, Quezon — all levels (public and private)

General Luna, Quezon — all levels (public and private)

Guinayangan, Quezon — all levels (public and private)

Bicol Region 

Albay —all levels (public and private)

Camarines Norte — all levels (public and private)

Naga City — all levels (public and private)

Bulan, Sorsogon — pre-school to senior high school (public and private)

Gubat, Sorsogon — pre-school to senior high school (public and private)

Sorsogon City, Sorsogon — pre-school to elementary (public and private)

Caramoran, Catanduanes — all levels (public and private)

Panganiban, Catanduanes — all levels (public and private)

Virac, Catanduanes — all levels (public and private)

In a 5 a.m. live weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that “Ramon” is expected to make landfall between Saturday evening and Monday morning.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 is up over Catanduanes, while TCWS No. 1 is in effect in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Eastern Samar and Northern Samar.
